china longyuan power holds its 2011 conference of labor union’s work

on march 28, china longyuan power held its 2011 conference of labor union’s work in shenyang. the chairmen from the labor unions of each unit of the company attended the conference. at the conference, the spirit of 2011 conference of labor union’s work of china guodian corporation was fully carried out. meanwhile, it summarized completely labor union’s work in 2010 as well as deployed the work in 2011. wang jianting, member of the party leadership group, leader of the discipline inspection group, and chairman of the labor union of the corporation, attended the conference and delivered the work report with the theme of “be united and work hard to make new achievement in the building of a world-class listed new energy company”.

in the report, wang jianting put forward four work objectives of the labor union of the corporation in 2011: firstly, it is imperative to promote the implementation of the democratic management system of the company more effectively in line with the demand of china longyuan power listed company so as to converge staff’s wisdom and power; secondly, focusing on the central work of the enterprise, it is imperative to carry out mass labor emulation with special features so as to make the former emulation of wind power skills more attractive and influencing; thirdly, basing on the building of china longyuan power brand and set up a good image of the company, it is imperative to launch various cultural activities of the staff so as to contribute to the maintaining of the harmonious longyuan for long; fourthly, it is imperative to stress the basic works of the labor union, improve its self construction so as to enhance its work level.

the conference gave commendation to 8 units and cadres of the labor union including longyuan (jilin) wind power co. ltd, xinjiang tianfeng wind power co., ltd., and longyuan (hinggan league) wind power co. ltd for their excellent work in 2010. besides, the company signed the 2011 objective responsibility documents with 31 units affiliated to the company.
